To all UCHC Travelers and Administrators:
Once you have filled out your “Profile” on SWABIZ, contact Marcia Ginsburg or Roberta Shemms in the Travel Office to let them know you have completed your file. Upon completion the Travel Office will add the Corporate Credit Card to the profile as a “ghost card”. This ghost card will allow the traveler to book airfare and charge it to UCHC without jeopardizing the security of the credit card.
